The bluetooth on the iphone 11 pro max and the tacoma are not communicating causing a safety issue, because i can not talk hands free as i am suppose have the ability to do so. the entire headset will turn off and on constantly , the only way to stop this is to either turn off the bluetooth on the iphone or remove the iphone from the tacoma. i have read on line that many people are having the same issue and either toyota or apple is doing anything to resolve it, causing a saftey issue.

I was driving my 2016 toyota tacoma through a drive-thru car wash and water started to drip though the ceiling. my toyota tacoma was in motion as it was rolling through the car wash cycle. after reading multiple forum posts, other toyota tacoma owners described that their vehicles leaked water from the third brake light on top of the cab because of a a damaged seal or being improperly sealed.

Bsm sensors stop working and after few back to work week latter stop work and dealers can not found the reasin to fail 3 times on dealers still not found the problem and say only toyota have the solution to aprobe a recall for these issue

My vehicle is just over 3 years old with about 34000 miles. i've had multiple vehicles prior to my tacoma and have never had to change the evaporator core. i've been told that a lot of tacomas have been experiencing this issue. my concern is that from 2016 and up the tacomas started using the new free on, type 1234yf, which i believe is flammable, unlike r134. toyota should really look into this issue and it should be a recall.

My warning lights on my side mirrors that tell me there is a vehicle on my left r right and warning lights and alarm that are supposed to sound when something is behind me works inconsistantly sometimes they work and a majority of time they do not work causing safety issues i am riding in car or backing up

I have not been informed about a safety recal until i came to the dealership and they told me.

While driving in city my truck shakes and vibrating horribly when going into 2nd gear. and continues to shake lightly as i continue driving. dealer says nothing is wrong with the truck could be a tire issue. so got my tires balanced and rotated. problem still resumes. and still no answer as to what the issue is. i have only 69,276 miles on the truck but it's out of warranty apparently. on highway driving the problem is less noticeable but causes no power to climb hills or pass other motorist.

I bought this truck in june 2018, used with 32000 miles on it. i was driving on a highway in a thunderstorm on 7/25/18, and the kids in the backseat said they were getting wet, and that the water was coming through the headliner. looked this up online when i got back home and it was a known issue of the rear brake light on the cab leaking through the seal. brought it to the dealer the next day and they said the replacement seal was on backorder 2-3 months, and there were thousands of trucks all over the us with this problem, which was apparently reengineered in the 2017 model. i made a call to toyota corporate customer service and a seal miraculously appeared after 3 weeks. after the seal was replaced the dealer said that, upon further inspection they found mold, and it was the worst they had ever seen. they took everything out of the cab and they have to scrape all of the sound deadening material off the floorboard where the mold has concentrated. they will then have to have an outside company come in and treat the vehicle for the mold issue. then they will ...

The car is squeaking for no reason. looked online and many complaints have been talked about through forums and youtube. the dealer refuses to fix it for some and says it is a known complaint, not sure if its safety related

The problems described below have been reported to my dealer gullo toyota in conroe, tx. the dealer is aware that this model truck has been recalled for rear differential failure and misfiring and stalling. while driving east on fm1097 between lake conroe and willis, tx on 2/06/18, i was required to make a quick stop. a loud bump sound came from beneath the truck. prior to this stop, the engine had been misfiring from-time-to-time. after the quick stop and the bump sound came from beneath the truck, the engine started misfiring at a constant and violent rate for a distance of about 1 mile. my truck has been making an unusual bump sound which occurs shortly after coming to a stop since i bought it in 2016. the truck has also been misfiring for as long as i have owned it. i am afraid that the bump may be due to loose or broken motor or transmission mounts, loose suspension bolts or the gas tank may be shifting. the misfire may indicate that a fuel line is being restricted when the gas tank shifts position. a pinched or ...

The toyota tacoma air conditioner condenser hose is very easily blocked allowing large amount of water to build up behind the dashboard. (the condenser hose's purpose is to discharge condensation from the air conditioner.) this creates a fire hazard, the potential for mechanical or electrical failure and the loss of vehicle control. the underlying problem is a design problem. the problem is very common/ frequent and toyota has known about this problem for a number of years - but fails to accept it is a problem. i have needed to 'unclog:' the hose twice over the last year. last week, the large build up of water in behind my dashboard resulted in smoke coming into the cabin of my car. after that incident, i took my relatively new car to the dealership; i was told this repair was not covered by the warranty. again this is a problem caused by a faulty design

I received a recall notice regarding my 2016 toyota tacoma. the nhtsa recall number is no. 17v-356. it has been over a month since i contacted the toyota dealership here in decatur il. (crown toyota) and the toyota corporation with a complaint that they haven't fixed the issue. they keep telling me the part is on back order. how long does it take them to fix the issue?

Toyota servco mapunpuna said they will be keeping my truck for up to, if not more, then 2 months. this is totally unacceptable because i need my truck and i do not appreciate it being in the salt water elements, without covering for up to 2 months or more. i will feel much better if you/company provided a truck cover to go over my truck because i paid extra money, through toyota, to have a special coating on the truck to protect it from the elements. i wash the truck every 1 1/2 to 2 weeks so that elements do not ruin the coating on my truck. so up to 2 months or more to fix a slight leak is ridiculous beyond belief.

On july 6, i took my vehicle to west covina toyota for 25k service and recall. at that time they kept it for recall. i asked them how long it would take and they wouldn't give me date. i was told toyota would not give them a date, but i could call. called and toyota told me 4 to 6 weeks. i told the dealer, that if they provided a loaner, i would prefer a truck similar (or even less) to my vehicle. the service manager said it would probably a frontier. that was july 14. to date no response. on july 19 and july 27, i sent texts to the service employee (william) regarding the status of the loaner and my vehicle. on july 31, i received a call from william saying he didn't know when the vehicle would be ready. he never mentioned the status of the loaner. my complaint is that penske toyota, could at least have given me a timeframe for the parts rather than putting it off on me and toyota customer care, they also could at minimum said there is no truck available so i could plan around repair. they have chosen to be ...
