Tl* the contact owns a 2013 toyota tacoma. while driving at 60 mph, with the flat bed cover open, the bolts that fastened the cover fractured. as a result, the cover detached from the vehicle. the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. the manufacturer was not notified of the failure. the failure mileage was unknown.
