Both frontal air bags failed to deploy and the accelerator pedal was stuck to the floorboard. The driver was killed. A police report was filed and the vehicle was towed away.     Letter from senator martin heinrich re constituent regarding safety of his 2011 toyota tacoma (reply to new mexico office). *smd the consumer stated the accelerator pedal was extremely sensitive, and at the slightest touch the vehicle would proceed with full speed. The local dealership, informed the consumer the problem could not be corrected.
