As i was cleaning the windshield i had my wiper blades up. i bumped the blade arm and the wiper fell off as the arm came down hitting the windshield causing a one foot long crack in the windshield. i have read there has been recalling on other toyotas for windshields cracking from the defroster blowing warm air on a cold windshield. apparently, the glass is too thin. the truck was in my driveway.
