Drive shaft u joint failed while operating at high speed. Drive shaft snapped off at high speed and cracked fuel tank and exhaust. Truck has had frame recalled and leaf springs recalled. Truck has been in shop already 4 times regarding frame recall.

Fuel tank strap rusted and broke. No warning. I was hearing a noise when i took take off and driving. Couldn't figured out what that was until i looked back and found the gas tabs strap was tangling and hit the prop shaft. Then notice the tank was hanging 1/2'lower than the front. I called the toyota and the dealership and both said nothing they can do. No recall even though i told both that this is a safety issue.…
